Pronunciation
- Does anyone know the official way to pronounce ASOS? It seems to change all the time in the article depending on the editor -- Houghster (talk) 15:13, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- After contacting ASOS, they responded by saying that A-sos is the normal pronunciation. They did, however, also say that a-s-o-s is used as well. I will therefore change the article to reflect this -- Houghster (talk) 15:26, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
Is it an advertisement?
The article reads like an ad for the company. I don't know how you raise an impartiality query, but clearly this article should be tagged. The line "In addition to their magnificent strides in the online world, ASOS continually engages its customer's offline through a monthly magazine. . ." - apart from being illiterate, seems to belong in the company's promotional literature.

ASOS - As seen on screen —Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.140.133.254 (talk) 14:10, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
Is there any reason why this article doesn't mention that asseenonscreen.com (which still exists and forwards to asos) originally sold thing seen on TV shows or films? Seems to me a fairly big omission. Is the pronunciation given for ASOS genuine? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.120.222.100 (talk) 15:39, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
10/08 have deleted the line "However, many of its users/buyers have reported being increasingy dissatisfied with the quality of its own ASOS brand based on recent polls" since it was without attribution and I can find no evidence of these polls in a quick search. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Seamusmccauley (talk • contribs) 11:33, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- I have improved the article considerably and I now feel the advert template is irrelevant; I am therefore going to remove it -- Houghster (talk) 12:46, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
Unacceptable chicanery with respect to references cited
Contrary to the optimism of Houghster (talk) 12:46, 5 September 2009 (UTC), I am not convinced that the article has been tidied up enough.

This obviously not acceptable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yarzharzhin (talk • contribs) 09:24, 12 April 2016 (UTC)
