Wavelengths and frequencies

edit

A radio frequency of 250 MHz has a wave length of 1.195 m. A radio frequency of 120 MHz has a wave length of 2.491 m. i.e. If the frequency goes up, the wave length goes down, and vice versa. So if A Band is 0-250 MHz, that does not mean "equivalent to wavelengths below 1.2 m", it means "equivalent to wavelengths from 1.2 m upwards".

I have corrected the article accordingly.-- Toddy1 (talk) 07:42, 17 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
