Mistakes in this article

The article has a number of mistakes, which emanate from the first version in 2006 [1] and do not match the source used. In particular, the opening sentence that an agreement was "signed at Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne on April 26" is simply not correct. Onceinawhile (talk) 21:17, 27 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
