speedy deletion copyvio issues
editIsn't the fact that this is sourced (see the end of the article, under "External Links") and the source is a public domain site help any? I am in the process of paraphrasing this article (I seem to be better at finding information than writing about it....), but I have not "directly copied" this article from the USAF factsheet site. - Sorry, I didn't realize it was a public domain site -- "Privacy and security" isn't where I usually look for such statements on a website. For the record, it states that it can be copied at [[1]]. Hopefully this will end such debates.
