I know nothing of Yemen, but this page makes no sense. On the Governorates of Yemen page the governorate and capital city are both listed as Al Bayda'. But the link to the page on the governorate redirects to this page, which in the first paragraph purports to be about the town of Al Bayda'. Then, in the third paragraph, it claims that "Rada" is its capital, which only makes sense if it is a governorate and not a town, and moreover contradicts the "Governorates of Yemen" page. BTW, I believe that the usual transliteration of ع is ', which would make the purported capital's name Rada' (should also not be italicized). Someone with knowledge of Yemen, please attend to this.
