Scope
editThe section about China doesn't relaly mention Russia at much a all, so I think it would be better at Sino-Albanian relations. In general the article deals more with the Soviet Union than Russia, so perhaps a move is in order? Kevlar67 (talk) 18:15, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

change albanian flag
