Rename?
editShouldn't this article be Alice B. Toklas Democratic Club, the official name of the organization? -- SatyrTN (talk / contribs) 14:21, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think that is the official name. Their website and bylaws say Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club. Well, technically their bylaws say Alice B. Toklas Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Democratic Club, but I think it's appropriate to abbreviate LGBT and that is what they do on their website. Queerudite (talk) 01:11, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

- I would go by their official name and use the lede to denote commonly used names. -- Banjeboi 02:43, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
