editI noted in the Category:English goat breeds, as in all other country of origin categories which I created for goats, that "This is a listing of goat breeds from the country of England. This may include various breeds which are native to, created in, highly selective-bred in, or originating from this country. Although the Arapawa Island Goat is found in New Zealand it is a direct descendent of the English milch goat and thus fulfills the requirements of originating from and native to specified in the description of English goat breeds. It basically is a primarily intact relic of what was previously an archaic English breed.
