The article is relevant because if there's an article about the language (See Neo) there should be an article about its creator.
Is Epseranto can have a Separate Zamenhof article, why shouldn't Neo.
Also, there's Arturo Alfandari article on Norwegian Wiki, so if it meets their criteria i don't see how it does not meet ours (=English wikipedians).--ArkinAardvark (talk) 12:44, 6 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
