Fair use rationale for Image:Асала Насри.jpeg
editImage:Асала Насри.jpeg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Singles, sources?
editWhat are these singles about? does the one who wrote them really know what is the meaning of singles?! I suggest to remove them from the list since singles means one song released on a CD or a cassette. Plus there are no sources of the articles radiant guy (talk) 10:31, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Asalah has one of the strongest and most distinct voices in the world. Its also been called an acquired taste. Many Middle Eastern singers (with more conventional tones) have explanations on their vocal strengths and capabilities like Ofra Haza and Asmahan, but Asalah, who sings rather effortlessly, has nothing about her voice in this article. Also she has a very precarious relationship with her homeland of Syria which also one might consider clarifying. In interviews its been revealed that she also has Saudi citizenship. 70.98.187.94 (talk) 09:10, 9 April 2010 (UTC)Mokha
Soula
editThe article doesn't mention Soula, which is a show that Asala Nasri hosts on Dubai TV. (As I don't understand Arabic, my first assumption was that her name is "Soula" and the show is named after her.) Thus we could also add "television presenter" to the list of occupations. However, since I don't understand Arabic, I'm not really sure how to go about sourcing this, as there doesn't seem to be anything about the show in English. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 14:46, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
- There's not much to it, but this link has English-language information about the show. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 18:49, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
