2016 Census neutrality

This section does look a little non-neutral to me. There were certainly other people suggesting it was just the level of use of the census site that should have been expected, not a denial of service attack. I'll look for sources. Newystats (talk) 05:36, 17 October 2023 (UTC)

Having read the references from the national broadcaster and the referenced parliamentary report, it seems clear that there was a DOS attack - not just an overload. Given that, to me it is reasonable to state that. It does seem unbalanced to leave it at that without giving some more balanced view of the attack and response.
