Removal of reference to NMP: notability and lack of citation

This line was removed:

Jan 1: The National Mujahid Party publishes a pamphlet expressing the deepest feelings of liberty and explains the necessity for East Pakistan to be independent.

There are two problems with it. The party in question has notability issues. Secondly, there is no citation to verify if this even happened.
