Revision to site description

edit

A new page is needed for Beacon Hill, Ellesborough, Buckinghamshire 51°37'40.8"N 0°41'02.4"W to split out the information of Beacon Hill, Penn, Buckinghamshire 51°37'40.8"N 0°41'02.4"W. These are currently merged in one confusing page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C7:530A:4E01:987F:A7E9:DADA:1E7F (talk) 14:15, 9 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

It appears that this article was describing two different places of the same name in Buckinghamshire. The primary elements related to a hamlet (rather than village) near Penn whilst the map ref and description of an apparent bronze age site rferred to a hillside and Nature Reserve near Aston Rowant. The latter may be of notability and require a separate entry if citations for the Bronze Age origin could be established. Tmol42 (talk) 21:06, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Needs fixing. Coordinate is completely wrong, takes you to Corby and you -can not- see the Chequers from Beacon hill in Penn. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.148.138.230 (talk) 14:16, 23 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

This article is describing multiple locations called Beacon Hill. Penn is 10 miles away from Ellesborough and there is no line of sight between the 2. "Ivinghoe Hills" refers to the north of the Chilterns and is again, nowhere near either Penn or Ellesborough. It needs a disambiguation page and separate pages for the several locations called Beacon Hill. jdudmesh[1][2] — Preceding undated comment added 12:27, 29 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
