Regarding the proposed deletion for lack of notability, I feel the variety of references from quality sources like local and regional newspapers meet the criteria of notability and are in line (or actually superior) to many other brewery articles I've read. I've just added one additional note that the brewery recently was recognized as the best new outstate brewery in MN by the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
If anyone can provide guidance or clarification on how the article could be further improved I would welcome feedback.
