Factory
editThe Transparent Factory website doesn't have anything about the Flying Spur being made there. Is there a source for that? Also, Should this article be considered a stub? Bok269 15:53, 21 May 2006 (UTC) how much does it cost
Here's Volkswagen's outline of the Transparent Factory's activities: http://www.volkswagen-media-services.com/medias_publish/ms/content/en/pressemitteilungen/2007/06/30/volkswagen_s_transparent.standard.gid-oeffentlichkeit.html I've edited the previous details about contruction since the factory at Crewe has most definitely not closed! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.137.7.98 (talk) 04:02, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
Image wrong
editThe image with the two cars does evidently not show two Flying Spurs, as the right one of them has a cabriolet roof and is hence a GTC. The other apears to be a GT. Thyl Engelhardt 213.70.217.172 (talk) 12:55, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- The two cars in the image are indeed a GT coupe (the one on the left) and a GTC convertible (the one on the right), not Flying Spurs. So the image doesn't belong here. Which is why I have now removed the image from this article... Allan Akbar (talk) 17:03, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Question
editThe page mentions this car as being "the World's Fasted four-door saloon" is this correct? or a joke. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.9.202.154 (talk) 17:32, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

Massive copyright violation.
editThe reason this article "sounds like an advertisement" is that much of this page was copy pasted from press releases by 142.150.48.210. For instance this [1] dif adds content directly from this [2] press release and some others. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.54.57.109 (talk) 05:07, 18 September 2017 (UTC)
- Yes well spotted, it's not great that nobody actually did anything about it for 9 months, but all of the copyvio text has now gone (not much left tbh) Bob talk 17:33, 10 July 2018 (UTC)
- Actually the first copyvio went back to 2012, Bob Castle, though there was plenty more later on. I think you've successfully removed all of it, for which many thanks! Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 21:51, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
