Ugh - start class is right!

edit

The grammar is awful, for one thing, There is a general lack of citations (always bad!) The painting is not representative of the Mongols at all - surely, there are Arabic/Persian tapestries contemporary with the time that are more realistic than a painter creating a work centuries later? I may address some of this in future, using Chambers, Glubb, Morgan, and Grousset, but this is almost needing a complete re-write . . . one reason I am hesitant about working on this article is that the majority of editors have not written edit-summaries for their work - and I foresee conflicts down the line in trying to fix this one. I totally agree with the guy above. This article is actually useless, and that is the only term for it. It's garbage, doesn't make sense, and what sentence structure there is - if sentence structure it can be called - seems to have been chosen specifically to make each sentence out of joint with the previous one. The claims it makes are unsourced, and it is never clear if this article is actually referring to any battle at all, a series of battles, a campaign, or just relations between two khanates. In short, this article is worse than if there nothing at all available on this subject on wikipedia. It is too hopelessly written to even fix so I strongly recommend it for deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.142.246.221 (talk) 16:52, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
