editI have amended the use of: 'Spurs' for Tottenham Hotspur as nowhere else is a club referred to by their nickname.Statto74 (talk) 11:52, 11 January 2016 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: will be moved Kotniski (talk) 09:09, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
Bill McGarry (footballer) → Bill McGarry — Currently the requested name is a dab page, but it only links to two pages. The traffic statistics show that the footballer is the more popular page. We can then have a hatnote on the footballer's article. Not to mention the fact that I have proded Bill McGarry (Internet advocate) and I don't see it surviving somehow. Thanks. —Half Price 13:33, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
- The footballer is dead; Bill McGarry (Internet advocate) is still alive, and his deeds seem to be noteworthy to the disabled, even if not to fit people. Wait and see if [[Bill McGarry (Internet advocate)] is deleted? Anthony Appleyard (talk) 21:41, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
- It's redlinked, so I presume it was - that makes this move uncontroversial.--Kotniski (talk) 09:06, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
