It is literally a black fox - Perhaps it'd be appropriate to have an article this rare, exquisite (albeit: unlucky by suppostition) fox. The reason for its black coat is because Fox-breeders in England , UK would keep silver foxes segregated for pelt & so on. From time to time they would release one (because its weak) or one might escape! These silver foxes would then breed with regular brown foxes and, thus, have a black fox!
