Merger proposal: "Blue Train Bentley" into "Blue Train Races"

edit

WHEREAS the Blue Train Bentley is notable either for its performance in a Blue Train Race (the H. J. Mulliner saloon) or for being confused with the Blue Train Race car (the Gurney Nutting coupé),

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the topic Blue Train Bentley derives its notability from the topic Blue Train Races,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the content of both articles can be accommodated within the "Blue Train Races" article without loss or dilution, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the "Blue Train Bentley" article should be merged into the "Blue Train Races" article.

Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 12:10, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Withdraw proposal - Most of the Blue Train Bentley (BTB) article was already in Blue Train Races (BTR). I have copied the section from BTB that would expand on what is in BTR into BTR and added the "Copied" template to the talk pages. I will clean up the result a bit and then I will redirect BTB into BTR. Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 17:13, 31 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
