Recent events such as Pamela Constable's article in the Washington Post, the election of Joseph Cao to Congress, and intensifying awareness of Vietnamese-Americans and their concerns and outreach beckon this article back into existence. Wikipedia has several red links which resumption of this article will turn blue. Users are welcome to contribute, but please provide links and complete references.
