Boy Meets Girl (2015 TV series)Boy Meets Girl (BBC TV series) – The current title, disambiguating by year, is inaccurate since a second season of the series is airing now. Tagging for discussion as the page was recently moved to this name by User:Unreal7, so it's potentially controversial. —me_and 09:39, 3 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • Oppose - Dallas (1978 TV series) aired for over a decade, and its 2012 revival also continued into 2013. The year in the title merely means the year it began. Unreal7 (talk) 09:55, 3 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • 0ppose current title is in line with Wikipedia:Naming conventions (television) and is standard practice.--174.91.187.248 (talk) 20:51, 3 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
The original title, which is what I've proposed restoring, is also in line with WP:NCTV. —me_and 14:05, 4 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • Weak support. Although the current disambiguator is fine, I think the network might be a better disambiguator in this case. The recent moves for this and for Boy Meets Girl (ITV TV series) were undiscussed and should have been reverted, as there was nothing wrong with those disambiguators either. WP:NCTV states Prefix the network identification – (NBC TV series), (ABC TV series) - if they aired in the same region(s) within a similar time frame but Prefix the year of release or series debut – (1997 TV series) - if they aired on the same network. I think that first example best applies here. --Rob Sinden (talk) 08:07, 10 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
