• Greenwood Line, Court Street, 3rd Avenue, and 5th Avenue, connecting with steam to Coney Island
• Hamilton Avenue Line to Greenwood Cemetery, connecting at 25th Street for steam to Bay Ridge and Fort Hamilton
• Myrtle Avenue Line
• Putnam Avenue Line to Broadway, with transfer to Ridgewood (presumable the Howard Avenue track)
• Third Avenue Line to Greenwood Cemetery

The Greenpoint Line opened to North 2nd Street on August 26, 1854.

1919 split

The Brooklyn City Railroad split from the Brooklyn Heights Railroad on October 19, 1919, taking 28 lines with it (according to [1]). The Brooklyn and Queens Transit Corporation took over operations on July 1, 1929.
