Burn disease and English Wikipedia:question!
editGreetings,for example,in the Ukrainian-language Wikipedia– although not only there,there is an article about burn disease— https://uk.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D0%BF%D1%96%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0_%D1%85%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%B0 ( Опікова хвороба ) , https://uk.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D0%BF%D1%96%D0%BA ( Опік )!
This is not to be confused, please, just don’t confuse it with burns(example: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burn )!!!!!!
Well, please tell me,is there an article about burn disease in the English version of the Wikipedia wiki-site,and is there any point in creating an article in the English Wikipedia if it doesn’t already exist? Nokil83a (talk) 21:55, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
Burns are Preventable
edit"Burns are generally preventable" - this sentence is a little absurd! What does that mean? I think any victim of a violent crime that resulted in burns would really object to this statement. It's not followed up with any context for the point being made, and seems to serve no purpose. I'll check back here later and will delete this sentence if no valid objections are made. - Generally doesn't mean all and the source is clearly taking a public health approach – no need for pearl-clutching. That said, the sentence does look a bit lost and should be moved to the paragraph below. MaligneRange (talk) 05:55, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
