Burna-Buriash I
editThe official cylinder seal of Burna-Buriash I of Babylon was found in a Mycenaean site in Greece (possibly Mycenae itself.

An impression of the seal can be viewed here https://feldman.berkeley.edu:453/?course=nes128&do=detail&imgid=00770.
This seal bears an inscription naming the seal owner as an official of the 14th c. Kassite king Burra-Burriash. The image depicts a mountain god holding vessels from which water flows. So it is probably a Burna Buriash II era seal.BigEars42 (talk) 15:27, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
Sequence of events at end of Burna Buriash II’s reign
editThe last paragraph summarizes the post-Burna Buriash events, whose source documents are an Assyrian Chronicle written some time after 810 BC and a Babylonian Chronicle which is probably based on the Assyrian one, so both were composed more than 500 years after the events they describe.
There is no consensus amongst historians, however there is clearly a trend for disregarding the Babylonian Chronicle P as an accurate description of the events. This chronicle superimposes the predecessors of Kurigalzu I over those of Kurigalzu II, even including details such as Kadashman-harbe I’s successful campaign against the Suteans and his construction activities.
The following table is a summary of the positions taken: -
