"routes" / "ticket types" / fleet" sections
editI have restored these sections, as consensus (if it can be called that; it was only on one specific article) was to remove timetables and prices (which is what was done on First Leeds). --Snigbrook (talk) 10:44, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- The edit has been redone. Please note the talk and consensus included several WP:Administrators and a WP:Bureaucrat at Talk:First Leeds. Bus company timetables and pricing structures are are not encyclopeadic or required on Wikipedia See:- Wikipedia:NOT#Wikipedia_is_not_a_directory. Timetables are being removed from all bus company listings. You could create an article page and put them on Wikitravel with a link to there from the page. - (Routes section) I agree with you about the timetables, but this article only had a list of routes (no timetables). Some bus companies have separate articles for their routes, e.g. in London where a few are notable, but the majority are probably not. There was no consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Egged bus lines, which is a list of bus routes as a separate article.
(Fares & Tickets; Fleet sections) The fares section is similar to the "Fares & Tickets" section of the First Leeds article (did not contain any prices), should this type of information also be removed from First Leeds? The "fleet" section was not discussed, and I agree there are WP:V and WP:IINFO issues, and I think it should be rewritten as prose with references to more reliable sources, but I don't think it should be removed. --Snigbrook (talk) 11:51, 10 July 2008 (UTC)

Update of current services and fleet.
editHi Everyone,
I've made an edit to the page to include an up to date list of routes and branding as well as starting an up to date fleet. There has also been a small number of correction across the page. All my sources have been added for reference if anyone wants to check them out.
At a later date I intend to upload a number of new images including 1 or 2 images of the current fleet (being careful to move the older liveries to history and not removing them). Once the fleet of E400s has arrived, I'll finish the fleet list. This is because not only will the B9s be transferred, but there are also a number on B7s on loan to Burnley to fill in the gaps.
If anyone has questions or queries, please feel free to comment or message and I'll get on it asap!
Thanks.

Recovering lost information
editIt seems there was a couple of large edits last year that have seen deletion of lots of informations. Though some of this may have agreeably been un-useful, repetitive, or difficult to maintain. Much of it was information that was accurate and useful for those looking for information. This post serves as a 7 day notice for anyone to object or offer ideas. At which point a bulk of the information will be recovered and condensed. Thank you AshlyJethro (talk) 11:54, 26 April 2023 (UTC)
