Final?
editI found what I believe to be the final update on the CECB program.
Others may think rewording is necessary, but I feel I summarized the first update in months from one of my usual sources. Given the references to waste caused by too much red tape, it looks like a conservative-leaning article, though I suppose a business magazine would be conservative.Vchimpanzee · talk · contributions · 19:48, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
Arching This Talk Page?
editI have tagged {{archiveme}} at the top of the page. You may discuss this in this section. --Gh87 (talk) 02:16, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
- Given the lack of activity, it doesn't seem worthwhile to do at the moment... but I would have no objection to it. // ⌘macwhiz (talk) 17:59, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
What happened to the "Comparison of CECB units" article?
editThis article used to have a "sister" article titled Comparison of CECB units. It was very helpful to consumers because it gave an extensive and thorough feature comparison for dozens of different CECB models.
Some shortsighted person probably decided that since CECBs are no longer available from retailers, that article should be deleted. However, there are still millions of standard-definition television sets in use, and people are going to be buying and selling used CECBs in marketplaces such as eBay and Craigslist for many years to come. There was no good reason to delete this helpful article from Wikipedia. Is there any way to bring it back? 174.24.87.98 (talk) 21:21, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
