I think changpuek in thai means white elephant.Chang = elephant / puek = white or albino i also attatched some link about Thai Changpuek. Perhaps you can understand more about it. Unfortunately, it would be okay to upload only if you were the person who took the picture, own its copyright, and are willing to release it under a free license. If that is indeed the case, files may be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons here, or if you do not wish to create an account, a request can be made here.
