Valid references for use in expanding the article

While my prior additions to the article were undone and erased due to one of the employed references listing, in addition to the information I had intended to cite, the author's address. While avoiding the use of such references is important in protecting the privacy of the subject of the article, most of the references I added were valid, and use to cite notable information that would be included in the Wikipedia article of any public figure. As at least two of editors listed in the article's edit history appear to have a potential conflict of interest, given that they didn't edit articles about any other subject matter, for the time being I'd rather list the valid references I found below without restoring any of the notable information in question.

In removing my additions to the article, an editor also removed the fact that Chris Culver is the pen name, not real name, of the subject of the article. As listing an author's pen name with no mention of their actual name seemed odd to me, along with the manual of style stating that a subject's legal name should be listed first, I searched the US copyright database, which listed it as being 'Alex Vix'. As another source listed 'Alex Vix' as being the owner of 'Chris Culver LLC', the answer appears to be correct, but not something mentioned in any interview I could find. As such a detail is notable, and not a piece of privileged information such as a home address (something that wouldn't be notable for inclusion anyhow), it should be added to the article at some point, whether using the copyright database or another source as a reference. To avoid the mistake I made previously and ensure that the privacy of the subject is protected, the source in question should not include a home address. -CoolieCoolster (talk) 06:30, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
