editsurely the author of the shiflett's page is wrong when he says he was born in 1990! hes younger than i am if thats true! the Official Foo Fighters website says 05.06.71.[1] In fact i think I will change it. its now 1971. User:PJB

A lot of what is said early on is right out of the Foo Fighter video "Back and Forth". As for the equipment he is currently using, I am not sure that the statement implying exclusive use of Fenders is accurate. Gibson has an image of him last month using a Les Paul Traditional and there was a lot of Gibson equipment used in Sonic Highways.
