Requested move 26 March 2016
edit- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: Move. It seems apparent that there's no evidence that Chris Duggan is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC of Christopher Duggan. As such, that form shouldn't redirect there; the consensus is to move over the historian's article. Cúchullain t/c 14:47, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
Christopher Duggan (historian) → Christopher Duggan – Other person is "Chris", rather than "Christopher". Unreal7 (talk) 17:56, 26 March 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose unless the footballer's linkedin account is fake removing (historian) won't help anyone. In ictu oculi (talk) 21:01, 26 March 2016 (UTC)
- Christopher Duggan shouldn't redirect to the footballer. The historian seems to be more notable. Peter James (talk) 23:03, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
- Support. Historian looks like the primary topic for "Christopher Duggan". Nohomersryan (talk) 23:49, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
- Support. Page views for both articles are similar, so the primary topic for "Christopher Duggan" is unlikely to be Chris Duggan. SSTflyer 08:59, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
