I'm not sure what message you received, but the main issue is that you did it wrong. To put a photo on wikipedia, it needs to up uploaded on wikipedia first. You just put the url into the article, which won't work. If you look to the left of your screen, you'll see a see a series of links. One of them is "upload file". You will need to save the image file on your computer before you upload it. I don't think you can upload it directly onto wikipedia from a url. Follow the instructions from there. It's fairly simple. I believe you must be a verified user prior to uploading a file. I'm unsure if your account is old enough. I can upload it for you if you need me to. Bali88 (talk) 19:09, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

Bear in mind too, just because you found an image on a website, it doesn't mean it's free to use. The image you were trying to insert was hosted on the Cooper's Hawk Winery website. Correct. There is a form letter that should be submitted. If someone with Cooper's Hawk submits the form found at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries, that is sufficient. There is an email address listed on the page that can be used. Adding the Wine Club and Cleaning Up the “Awards” Section

I’d like to submit 3 more changes. The first 2 provide important info that’s missing. The 3rd provides some needed clean up. Thank you.

1. Add to “Restaurant and Winery” Section”

As of 2021, the company has 500,000 wine club members, thus making the club the largest in the United States by membership.

Explanation: This statistic seems like something our readers would want to know. Here are three sources:

1. Change 1st Sentence

1. Number of Locations

Both the lead section and the history section say the company has 45 locations. In fact, the company now has 54 locations. An article from November 2002, in AZ Big Media (“Cooper’s Hawk Winery opens 3rd Arizona location in Gilbert”), confirms 54:

“As a lifestyle brand that offers upscale casual dining and wine, the vibrant suburb of Phoenix is the perfect spot for the brand’s 54th location.”

2. Locations

The lead section (the fourth sentence) lists the states where Cooper’s Hawk has restaurants. The source is Cooper’s website. Can we add Iowa?

An article from December 2022, in the Des Moines Register (“Love wine? At new Clive restaurant Cooper's Hawk, the wine is more important than the food”), confirms Iowa:

“The brand has 50ish locations … The Clive location marks the first in Iowa.”

3. Number of Wine-Club Members

The “restaurant and winery” section says the wine club, as of July 2021, has 500,000 members. In fact, the number is now 600,000. An article from December 2022 in the Des Moines Register (“Love wine? At new Clive restaurant Cooper's Hawk, the wine is more important than the food”) confirms 600,000:

“The restaurant boasts 600,000 members in its wine club.”

Similarly, an article from July 2022, in RiverBender.com (“Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Celebrated Its Grand Opening In St. Peters, Is Open To The Public”), says this:

“The Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club is a community of nearly 600,000 members.”

4. Wine Spectator Award

Would it be possible to add the following award to the “awards” section?

Why will this change benefit our readers? Among oenophiles, Wine Spectator is a standard setter, so this national recognition is a big deal.

Why will this change benefit our readers? These two new restaurants have earned coverage from independent, secondary media outlets.
