Is this article about the Cornish Language Council, or is it just an excuse for taking a pop at forms of Cornish other than Late (aka Modern because it sounds funky), and in particular Kemmyn?

Your "sensible" strategy is only "sensible" because you think it is. Wikipedia calls that POV - Point of View - and it's not acceptable in articles. There are plenty of people, as you know, that think the strategy is anything but sensible.

The peculiar description of Kemmyn was not at all factual.

And finally, you need to provide some facts that show that the Kesva and Kowethas "actively assert that they speak for all the language community". They don't, and I will remove the nonsense in a few days time unless you can support your claim in some way. Branvras 22:02, 20 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Don't worry about that Branvras – let's just cut any information that isn't directly pertinent to the Council. Readers can look at linked articles (esp. Cornish language) for background; it doesn't need to be rehashed here. [...awhile later...] Hopefully this newly trimmed article will pass muster. Huge, yawning, unanswered questions remain however: When was the CLC founded? How many people are members? Who leads it? What does it do, in the name of heaven? This is the kind of information that deserves to go in this article. QuartierLatin1968   20:43, 21 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
