The stub as it stands has been copied directly from astronomy.com , so may I suggest a subtle rewording or haste in translating the German piece.--Xiphon 08:59, 27 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

There's no plagiarism involved. They copied our article, and have given us appropriate credit (and complied with the GFDL requirements) by linking back to us. - Nunh-huh 09:06, 27 September 2005 (UTC)Reply
Oh sorry, I was too hasty, didn't see it at the bottom there--Xiphon 09:25, 27 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hoffmeister had to leave school in 1916 sounds a bit odd to me as Hoffmeister was 24 years old then. Either he had to repeat classes very often (unlikely) or this refers to a higher education like university. Can anybody clarify this? --Proofreader (talk) 14:08, 13 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Or rather second chance education (zweiter Bildungsweg), i.e. high school courses for adults. That indeed would be some sort of school but maybe should be made clearer to the reader if true. --Proofreader (talk) 14:14, 13 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
