The section headings should be reconsidered. Routinely we use Works, plural, for the so-called Bibliography. Perhaps the sequence should be changed.

I moved References up to precede Further reading and External links, as appropriate for the footer section headings. I did not read the body of the article, only a glance to confirm that all "Bibliography" are works by Reisser, all "Further reading" are works about Reisser; hence the new location of References is correct.
