Personal Life
editI have replaced the authorities bit, which is based on a source added by a previous editor. Rabbi Genack did not endorse the practice. There is discussion in the press over why he made the motion: among others, Genack speculates it was for a blessing, but some disagree; the context for this debate is that it would not be sufficient according to authorities. I have further streamlined Genack's comment into the prior category to avoid further confusion. Gershonmk (talk) 21:07, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

- On further thought, I prefer alt1 as alt0 might be viewed by some as making light of the man's religious practices. I am thus striking my original alt0. Cbl62 (talk) 22:40, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- Newly created, long enough, has sources. Has citation needed tags that need to be resolved. It seems to be written neutrally. Scratching ALT0 was a good idea. ALT1 is adequate. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:06, 20 February 2021 (UTC)

- @Muboshgu: and @Bagumba: Sorry about that. It was actually a real mistake. Based on your link, though, it looks like I'm in good company. Cbl62 (talk) 02:04, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- Bagumba, go figure, people do get us confused. – Muboshgu (talk) 02:36, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- All appears to be sourced now. The image is a still from C-SPAN, which is PD. Forgot to review for copyvios, and Earwig's first response did concern me, until I saw that it was them mirroring us. Good to go. – Muboshgu (talk) 02:36, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
