editComing acrosss this by accident, I am not certain exactly why he received the VC. The photograph implies something more specific than his overall remarkable success in the battle, but the details are not in the article. DGG 17:27, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
Date of death
editThe article currently lists the 20 June 1986 as the date of Currie's death. However, the main source it seems, has 24 June 1986. (See [1]). Can anyone confirm which is correct, please? — AustralianRupert (talk) 11:53, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
