GA work

I think this article is pretty close to GA standards. It will be quite exhaustive when the following points are addressed:

• The content of the journal articles already in the article and this article should be integrated
• Important landmarks (Museum of Barbarism, Golden Tulip Hotel etc) should be added
• Precise intersections with other avenues?
• The activities should be elaborated upon (music festivals etc) and updated
• The traffic changes instituted in 2017, the stalling of the parallel road project and recent proposals for development must be included
• The lead improved to summarise the article
