Could anyone do a fundamental rewrite at Doctor Web for it to become encyclopedic? I'm using this software, and want to let others know about it, through a description, rather than an advertisement, and you say that is advertisement; then, do something about it... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Q0k (talkcontribs)
