Distribution and Habitat: Migratory? Open wooded?

edit

The distribution and habitat subsection was clearly self-contradictory (the first sentence applied to the whole species, whereas the second sentence clearly applied only to the orientalis subspecies, I'm guessing it was just copied word for word when the subspecies was incorporated in the species). I've added an intervening sentence to correct this, but it still leaves open the question of the migratory status of other subspecies. The tropical main distribution seems unlikely to be migratory. I'm guessing the preference for open wooded areas may also be subspecies specific. It would be useful if someone with more expertise and better access to the literature could take a look and fix this.

Relatedly, the distribution map shows green and orange areas, with no explanation. I'm guessing it shows areas where the bird is present year-round vs only seasonally, but it would be useful if this could be included as a legend (maybe this protocol is standard practice, but it still needs explanation because the target wikipedia audience is not professional ornithologists).
