Capitalization of this article's name

I am uncertain whether this article should have a capitalized name. If uncapitalized, the article name would be "Douglas sea scale". "Douglas" would be capitalized in the article's name and throughout the article itself. As you can see in Category:Hazard scales, most articles that end in "scale" are uncapitalized, while, for an unknown reason, most articles that end in "Index" are capitalized. I did a Google search for "Douglas Sea Scale", and I found that in most of its uses, it is capitalized. While Wikipedia heavily favors using the most common form of a term, popular usage is not always correct. For now, I will leave the article capitalized because of the widespread usage of the capitalized version. -- Kjkolb (talk) 04:52, 5 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
