Myth from 2006 getting forced in by IP user.
editAlmost a dozen times now a IP user is forcing in a myth that is over 5 years old that the Duramax line is going to expand to more/all GM vehicles. This page needs semi-protected. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dana60Cummins (talk • contribs) 12:26, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
LLY Section
editThe LLY description states that the LLY was "...GM's first attempt to implement emissions requirements on their diesel trucks." This is not true. The 6.2L diesel (produced in 1982) was offered with EGR on the California models (VIN code C). The LB7 (first generation Duramax) also had EGR and a catalytic converter on California models. The LLY was by no means the first engine to implement emissions equipment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cheesecakepiebar (talk • contribs) 04:54, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

"Duramax I4" in Colorado pickup?
editThe page on the Chevy Colorado claims that one of the two different "Duramax" I4 diesels it could be bought with was part of this engine family. At least one engine links to the page on Motori, and the other one links here. But I see nothing at all about I4s on this page, so I thought I'd bring it to someone's attention. From the first paragraph: "In 1806, production at Moraine was reportedly limited to approximately 200,000 engines per year." Whaaaaaat? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.18.33.130 (talk) 16:56, 18 October 2019 (UTC)
