It's only been two days since any information about "Compass Rail" came out. There's no official information source yet, so we don't know how all the pieces are going to fit together. That means it's far too soon to turn this article into one about "Compass Rail". We can make the decision whether to move this article, or create a separate article, as more information becomes available. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 06:49, 20 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Agreed, I'm in favor. Perhaps in the long term Compass Rail would be better suited as a dedicated article when more information develops, and East-West Rail could eventually be migrated to the Albany-Boston Amtrak route whenever that service materializes.
