That decision was taken 11 years ago. Since then, she has been in TV and film watched by countless millions of people, achieved BIFA nomination against the likes of Olivia Coleman, Maggie Smith and Vanessa Redgrave. She has been in 23 episodes of Coronation Street which is watched by 6 million viewers every week [1] and 5 episodes of EastEnders watched by 5 million every week.
