"Arthur Lysaght of the Royal Navy, lived from 1783 till 1859. He entered the Navy in 1795, and served as a midshipman under Vice-Admiral Rainer. He was made a lieutenant on the La Chiffone frigate, and was promoted to commander on January 22nd 1806; he commanded the Jamaica 24 and became rear admiral of The White in 1841.
