Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Emma Terho. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

About the cropped photo

edit

Dear @Spitzmauskc:: I noticed that you put the sign against the use of File:Emma Terho (cropped).JPG. The IP that used to revert the image said that "it wasn't her because she didn't compete at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics". Of course she didn't compete, but I took that photo during a victory ceremony, and she was there as part of the IOC Athlete's commission, if you don't believe me, you can check her Twitter. I suggest that we need to use the image, just like every other wiki article, and Wikidata. Cheers.--BugWarp (talk) 16:17, 5 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

I never said – nor meant to imply – that Emma Terho competed in the Youth Olympics; as a grown adult she was obviously attending in an official capacity with the IOC. The point is that the person you have identified as Ms. Terho shares some prominent physical characteristics (light hair, diminutive height) but simply does not resemble her in the face, as you can see from photos posted to her Twitter or other publicly available social media. I understand that you took the photos and feel quite certain in the identification of persons featured and I am in no way trying to discredit you or your work. Is it possible that you have confused her with a different IOC representative? Spitzmauskc (talk) 23:00, 5 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
