As I found this article, it had no introduction and seems rather garbled. I will add a rudimentary introduction, but it needs a lot of work. Cynwolfe (talk) 14:49, 7 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
OK, I see someone's taken an interest, but has left no comment while eviscerating the article utterly, including things that were probably useful. A little caution, please. I applaud your interest, but if you're serious about improving the article, how about noting a source or two that forms the basis of your edits? Like, a standard history of Greek literature, or a commentary on Pindar? Cynwolfe (talk) 15:08, 16 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
I've done a little triage, but I've included only what I already had at hand (notes from my earlier interest in revisiting the article), and have not provided a clear sense of what this genre is. The most concise, accessible source I have handy is Mathiesen, but I don't know whether I can make time to incorporate it very soon. I offer it to the noble soul who entered the thicket with machete in hand. Cynwolfe (talk) 16:32, 16 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
