Equity Insurance Group → ERS – Equity Insurance Group has rebranded to ERS.http://www.ers.com/Pages/ERS-History-Page.aspx Liz McMahon (talk) 14:32, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
- Strong oppose you cannot delete a page with a move request. Merging the disambiguation page at ERS to a hatnote for this article is highly inappropriate, as it would be extremely large. Further, I see no WP:PRIMARYTOPIC evidence, which you would need to show when you want to usurp a current usage with another one. -- 65.94.40.137 (talk) 09:06, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
- comment hasn't it always been Equity Red Star ? according to the page you used, it seems to be. -- 65.94.40.137 (talk) 09:09, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

– Business has been rebranded to ERS since 2015, this title is out of date and misleading. ERS 218 (talk) 10:57, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). — Amakuru (talk) 13:36, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Note: ERS is a page with significant content and so is ineligible as a target "new" title unless it is also a part of this proposal. This request has been altered to reflect that fact. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 11:26, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Comment - @ERS 218: ERS is currently a disambiguation page, so this will need a different title if we are to move it, as I doubt it's the primary topic. — Amakuru (talk) 13:36, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Move to ERS (insurance). Certainly not the primary topic. As an aside, OP, your user name leads me to suspect a conflict of interest, please read WP:COI and WP:DISCLOSE. 162 etc. (talk) 19:51, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- Support this alternative.--Ortizesp (talk) 03:53, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Strong oppose as requested; The target is a disambiguation page, and many prominent uses of ERS are listed. Further merging a large disambiguation page into a hatnote is also a very bad idea --- 67.70.27.180 (talk) 06:01, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Suggest ERS (insurance company) instead -- 67.70.27.180 (talk) 06:05, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose Electoral Reform Society gets more views (454) than Equity Insurance Group (147)[[1]] so no primary topic also oppose above per WP:NCA "One general exception to this rule deals with our strong preference for natural disambiguation" "American Broadcasting Company rather than ABC (American TV network)". Crouch, Swale (talk) 11:50, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Support move to a disambiguated title such as ERS (insurance company). Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:59, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
- Support ERS (insurance company), a la Connect (insurance company). Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 07:28, 2 June 2021 (UTC)
