Che Fiero Costume
editI'm not sure how to source this fact, but it does seem relevant to me. "Che Fiero Costume" is one of the most frequently sung arias by young voice students. It's included in the classic publications 24 Italian Songs and Arias and its more modern update 26 Italian Songs and Arias. These books are pretty much a mandatory purchase for Freshman voice majors at conservatories and universities across the United States. It may be used in Canada and the UK, but my experience with the singing community outside the U.S. is limited. High School choir teachers often use them too when taking students to voice competitons. I remember singing this aria for my first vocal jury in college. It was the second Italian aria I ever learned. It's often programmed in recitals by high school and university students. 4meter4 (talk) 11:23, 27 June 2015 (UTC)
