I'm sorry, but the Flying Star is NOT a fast food restaurant. This needs to be changed.

Flying Star did start out with the name of Double Rainbow, but that's not because it was an outcropping of the ice cream chain. Double Rainbow (café) came up with the name independently, and Double Rainbow (ice cream) sued for trademark infringement. They came to an agreement regarding the common use of the name, but eventually Double Rainbow (café) wanted to expand beyond the terms of the agreement.
