editPlease note that in the category Top ten goal scorers, still active (only Serie A regular-seasons) Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not mentioned despite having made 122 goals for Juventus, Inter and Milan. He is definitely still active even that he is no longer playing in Serie A. He should therefore be placed in 4th place on the list.
Who is the stupid that has erased the table with the records of the clubs? If you're italian, you are an idiot. Physiology, 10:00, 17 April 2009 (CEST) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Physiology (talk • contribs)

editFIGC considers Fairs Cup as official for domestic purpose, as we see in its official documents. The decoration of 1944 Spezia is NOT a scudetto, and it can't be enlisted between them. I corrected these errors.--Civitatem (talk) 12:18, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
To the user who continues changing the page:
please, look at the sources. For Spezia, 1944 trophy is not a scudetto but a one-time honour. I think that a shield (scudetto [1]) is quite different from the oval given to Spezia [2]. For the problem of Fairs Cup, we know that Uefa doesn't recognize it as its competition, but where Uefa says that FC was unofficial? WHERE is the official sources from Uefa where we can read: "Fairs Cup was a friendly tournament"?--79.54.156.207 (talk) 13:27, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Fairs Cup: "The UEFA Cup replaced the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in the 1971/72 season. The list of finals from that competition are listed below, but please note that the Fairs Cup is not considered a UEFA competition, and hence clubs' records in the Fairs Cup are not considered part of their European record. [...]
NOTE: The Inter-Cities Fairs Cup also took place from 1955 to 1971 but not as an official UEFA competition."
"UEFA club competitions: These are the official statistics considered valid for communicating official records in UEFA club competitions defined as the European Champion Clubs' Cup, the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, the UEFA Europa League, the UEFA Cup, the UEFA Super Cup (from the 1973 competition), the UEFA Intertoto Cup and the European/South American Cup. Matches in the Inter-Cities’ Fairs Cup and the 1972 Super Cup are included only for information purposes as these competitions were not held under UEFA auspices."
Fairs Cup is not official.--Dantetheperuvian (talk) 01:02, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
Pay attention to the things written, please. Uefa says that it didn't organize Fairs Cup, and it's ok. But where it writes that Fairs Cup was a friendly cup? Could you underline a similar statement by Uefa? For the question of Spezia, 1994 was a competion replacing the championship, not equivalent to a championship. Look at the different honour (an oval against a shield (scudetto)).--Civitatem (talk) 14:50, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
- Spezia's title is not equivalent to an Italian supercup. Who says that Fairs Cup was a friendship cup? but is a fact that Fairs Cup is not equivalent to UEFA Europa League.--Dantetheperuvian (talk) 21:49, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
- Being not equivalent to UEL doesn't mean not being official: is UCL unofficial because it is different from UEL? I repeat my question: where Uefa (or whatever other) writes that Fairs Cup was a friendly cup?--Civitatem (talk) 00:27, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
Hernán Crespo Serie A goals
edit2009-10 season
editReference from Lega Calcio website, the official website of Serie A.
Correct as of 17 April 2010.
Hernán Crespo have scored 143 goals, not 144.
Please see this below link.
Hernán Crespo - Official Serie A statistics
I've see this record reverted several times, maybe conflict between Lega Calcio and Gazzetta or Rai Sport. I think this case is about his Milan career in 2004-05 season (10 goals or 11 goals). But could we find out the truth? Should Wikipedia follow Lega Calcio website first?, or if anyone have reliable information. Please join to discuss together. With many thanks.
Tontotti (talk) 03:19, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
I've found the additional information about Crespo's goalscorer record. In 2004-05 Serie A season, Match Day 15, Milan vs Fiorentina. Many websites including Gazzetta dello Sport noted Crespo scored 2 goals in this match but Lega Calcio noted he scored just 1 goal as another goal credit to an own goal from Giorgio Chiellini.
- Milan - Fiorentina 2004-05 Official Match Report - Lega Calcio
- Total Crespo's Serie A goals for Milan in 2004-05 - Lega Calcio
And if looking this match video from this below link, the second goal, it's clearly Chiellini has kicked the ball before it's pass a goal line. I will not edit in Crespo's page because it's a personal records but Serie A record's page must have a reference from Lega Calcio website.

Samir Handanović's clean sheet record
editI've seen some edits about Udinese goalkeeper Samir Handanović clean sheet record, noted 738 mins length. I've checked from Lega Serie A website and found it another number. Please see full details below.
Match Day 22: Juventus 1-2 Udinese Match Report
- Handanović kept 30 mins clean sheet after Claudio Marchisio scored on 60th min.
Match Day 23: Udinese 1-1 Bologna Match Report
- Handanović didn't play due to injury. Emanuele Belardi instead his position.
Match Day 24: Udinese 2-0 Sampdoria Match Report
- Handanović didn't play due to injury. Emanuele Belardi instead his position for two consecutive matches.
Match Day 25: Cesena 0-3 Udinese Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 26: Udinese 0-0 Brescia Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 27: Palermo 0-7 Udinese Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 28: Udinese 1-0 Bari Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 29: Cagliari 0-4 Udinese Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 30: Udinese 2-0 Catania Match Report
- Handanović kept full 90 mins clean sheet.
Match Day 31: Lecce 2-0 Udinese Match Report
- Handanović kept 48 mins clean sheet until Andrea Bertolacci scored on 48 min.
So, total number of clean sheet lenght is just 618 mins or if added injury time (probably 95 mins per match), his record should not more than 650 mins not reach 738.
If I have any mistake due to rescheduled cases, please let me know and put references to discuss.
With many thanks Tontotti (talk) 06:49, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Most successful clubs overall
editShould the "Most successful clubs overall" include the Fairs Cup? I don't see it here, the English page does include it, and there is an edit war in the Spanish page including it and deleting it.--Coquidragon (talk) 21:07, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
- I added a new column with it.--Coquidragon (talk) 03:47, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
Most successful clubs overall (Table format)
editI changed the format for the key and the table of records. Let me know what you think.--Coquidragon (talk) 03:47, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

Most consecutive appearances in Serie A doesn't make sense
editDino Zoff has more consecutive appearances in Serie A for a single club than he does consecutive appearances in Serie A. This does not make sense. Former is a subset of the latter and has to be less. Xzpx (talk) 07:37, 14 December 2021 (UTC)
